Foundation Physics - Collision Carts

• The Foundation Physics range centres around the Universal stand and includes accessories which allow a wide range of experiments to be conducted. Each add-on includes a comprehensive instructional guide with student tasks which are linked to the curriculum.

The Foundation Physics Collisions Carts allow students to investigate collisions, momentum and conservation of energy when combined with the Foundation Physics Universal stand and Inclined Plane (both available to purchase separately).  

The carts have metal bumpers and Velcro ends which allow the demonstration of elastic and inelastic collisions.

A Photogate set-up could be used to quantitatively measure and calculate velocity.
